Abstract Submission Guidelines
Please be sure to register before submitting an abstract. Submissions can be made on the same page as registration here. The word limit for abstract submissions will be 300 words. There will be two sessions of 3-4 research talks (6-8 talks in total), which we will choose from submitted abstracts. If your abstract was not chosen for an oral presentation, you will automatically be considered for a poster presentation.
The winners of the judged poster sessions and audience-selected oral presentations, which will be announced during the event, will receive a prize.
Virtual attendees will be given preference for talk selection from submitted abstracts for the virtual talks on July 10th.
Registration fees
TREnD is affiliated with RNA Canada ARN and offers reduced registration fees for members. Consider joining the Canadian RNA community and sign up for RNA Canada ARN here: https://www.rnacanada.ca/members/memberships/
The following includes access to both the in person and virtual conference components:
Principal Investigators: $200 CAD ($150 CAD for RNA Canada ARN members)
Lab Members (Students/Postdocs/Research Staff): $75 CAD ($50 CAD for RNA Canada ARN members)
Industry Representatives: $250 CAD
Access to virtual talks on August 20th and broadcast of talks on August 21st. Virtual attendees will be given preference for talk selection from submitted abstracts for the virtual talks on August 20th.
All registrants: $20 CAD ($15 CAD for RNA Canada ARN members)
