Presentation Guidelines
To give virtual attendees an opportunity to present their research, we will have a dedicated session for virtual talk on the afternoon of August 20th.
For presenters: Each talk will be 12 minutes long plus a 3 minute question period.
Talks:
Speakers will have 12 minutes to present, and 3 minutes for answering questions. If you are selected as an oral speaker, please load and test out your presentation before your session starts or provide the organizers with a file containing the presentation before the conference.
It is recommended that speakers keep in mind the broad audience when making their presentations.
Best oral presentation will be adjudicated by all attendees and an award will be presented.
Posters:
Poster boards will accommodate A0 or 3×4 ft. posters (portrait orientation).
The best posters as determined by our poster judges will receive prizes.
